What’s Happening

February 2017 saw the vineyard and winery transferred to new owners: John Cartwright and Heather Cameron. Bruce continues to be an amazing source of information and mentorship as we embark on this exciting adventure. Thanks so much Bruce!

March 2017: Oh my – will the winter ever end?  We’ve been pruning on the days the weather allowed, and have been busy racking and bottling on the wintry ones. The wine is tasting good!

We have yet to decide on definite hours for opening our retail space this year but will update here when we know for sure.

We are located at 105 Craig Chandler Drive (off the Harold Whynot Road, just past Osprey Ridge golf course). Take exit 12 off the highway 103 and turn down Cook Lane to the Harold Whynot Road. This will lead you to Craig Chandler Drive and we are located at the end of the small private lane at the end of Craig Chandler Drive.

If you are unable to come on weekends you can always try calling us at 902 543-2090 and see if we are available at other times.

                                                            OUR WINES:

WHITE WINES: We have an estate L’Acadie blanc, a L’Acadie blanc that we made from grapes grown in Burns Hill vineyard and a small amount of L’Acadie blanc made from grapes grown in Union Square vineyard. Each of these tastes slightly different, demonstrating the effect of terroir.

RED WINES: We have an estate Leon Millot and an Estate Baco noir as well as a Millot/Kuhlmann blend. The Kuhlmann grapes were grown in Burns Hill vineyard.

We will have another estate Baco in 2017 but the only place you can now taste this wine is at the Port Grocer in Port Medway

White wines – $16.32 (plus deposit and tax) – $19.00

Red wines – $18.06 (plus deposit and tax) – $21.00

As a small business we love cash sales.
